Residency Forms - Dighton-Rehoboth Regional School District

The proof of residency requirements and documentation have been created, voted upon, and supplied to the Towns of Dighton and Rehoboth by the Dighton-Rehoboth Regional School Committee; the towns did not produce the documents.  We are asked, by the School Committee, to verify each student’s residency using the Residency form the School Committee created, along with census data provided by the town residents on a yearly basis.  Below and attached please find the requirements of the school district along with forms that must be completed for the school district:

DRRSD - Residency Policy

Please bring one item from each of the three categories below to the Clerk’s Office when you bring your Residency documents to Town Hall (148 Peck Street).  If you do not have one or more of the required documents, or have a special request and/or accommodation question regarding the residency policy, please call either Lisa Machado in the Superintendent's Office (508) 252-5000 - Extension:  5137  or 
the front office staff at each school location for direction.
