LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF REHOBOTH

RFQ for Physical Conditions Assessment Report

The Rehoboth Board of Selectmen is seeking proposals, pursuant to MGL Chapter 7C, §§44-57, from qualified proposers to prepare a Physical Conditions Assessment Report of the existing Town Offices located at 148 Peck Street and the current Public Safety Building located at 334 Anawan Street in Rehoboth, MA as outlined in the “Scope of Work” specifications.  A copy of the RFQ may be obtained by email from hdennen@town.rehoboth.ma.us or at the Selectmen’s Office, 148 Peck Street, Rehoboth, MA M-T 8 am-4 pm & Fri. 8 am-12 noon.  Proposals due by May 31, 2017 by 2:00 p.m.  The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed not to be in the best interest of the Town.
