BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Utility Installation in Roadway License

 

 

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the General Bylaws of the Town of Rehoboth Chapter J Access to Roadways, that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rehoboth Senior Center 55 Bay State Road, Rehoboth MA on the Application for a Roadway Utility Installation License filed by Columbia Gas, Brockton, MA to provide gas service to 109 Broad Street in Rehoboth, MA.  A copy of the application is on file in the Selectmen’s Office and may be viewed Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  All comments will be heard at the Public Hearing.
