The purpose of the hearing is to consider changes to the Town of Rehoboth Personnel Policies. A hearing is stipulated per Town of Rehoboth Bylaws, chapter 8, section 5. Any person may attend, speak, and provide information.

Four Policies are under consideration:

STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

The Personnel Board regularly reviews our town personnel policies. Policies 2 through 5 have been under review for some time. As instructed by the Board of Selectmen, each of the revisions has now been checked and where needed modified by Town Counsel so as to be current, legally appropriate, and clear and useful.

To see what is changed, please compare these new proposed versions to the current versions that are posted on the Town website pages for Personnel, Town Administrator, or Town Clerk. The Personnel Board plans to act on these proposed new versions, after receiving input from the required public hearing.
