When can I be placed on the Planning Board’s agenda?

There are two types of applications heard by the Planning Board.  Those that necessitate publication of a legal notice and those that do not.  If an application is submitted in a timely manner and does not require a public hearing, it may be placed on the Board’s next available agenda.  If an application requires a public hearing, it could take between 21 and 45 days from submission of an application to public hearing date.  Scheduling is dependent on current project load and advertising requirements.
