Policy 22.0 Vacation

Section 22.8 and 22.9.  Wording is added that requires employees to request their vacation time in advance (14 days in advance for short vacations and 45 days in advance for 3 or more days), and specifies that the minimum increment of vacation time is 4 hours.

Policy 35.0 Workplace Bullying (New Policy)

Policy 37.0 Office Decoration (New Policy)

Policy 38.0  Pregnant Worker Fairness and Lactation Accommodation (New Policy)

This policy summarizes employees’ rights and employers’ responsibilities as established by the Massachusetts Pregnant Workers Fairness Act passed in 2017 and effective as of August 1, 2018.

Policy 39.0 Volunteer Policy (New Policy)

This policy provides a definition of volunteers, how they are recruited and selected, their responsibilities, and management’s role regarding volunteers.
