In-Home COVID-19 Vaccinations for Home Bound Residents
On March 15th the Board of Selectmen announced Rehoboth will be launching a program to offer in-home COVID-19 vaccinations for residents who cannot make it to a vaccination center. The program is an extension of the previously announced Public / Private Partnership between the Town of Rehoboth and Anawan Pharmacy.
Rehoboth Public Health Nurse, Jaime Conlon, will lead the Town’s home bound vaccination program with the support of Amy Brown. All survey information will be referred to Jaime Conlon for review and follow up with the resident.
