PUBLIC HEARING
REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on May 22, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition:
Joseph Vieira, for a Notice of Intent, for proposed construction of a single family home with related work within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) at 41 Colonial Way, Map/Parcel 37/28.
