PUBLIC HEARING
REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on April 3, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition:
William & Laurie Smith, for a Notice of Intent, for proposed construction of a single family house with associated appurtenances within the 100’ buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) at 70 New Street, Map/Parcel 53/3A.
