PUBLIC HEARING
REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on July 11, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition:
David Duarte, for an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation, for approval of 338 linear feet of Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) at 41 Colonial Way, Map/Parcel 37/28.
