REQUEST FOR BIDS

Moving 9 Modular Buildings

 

TOWN OF REHOBOTH – INVITATION TO BID: RELOCATING OF 9 MODULAR BUIDLINGS FROM SOUTH DARTMOUTH TO REHOBOTH. The Board of Selectmen in Rehoboth, MA are seeking a construction/moving company to completely disassemble, relocate, and re-assemble completely 9-64 ft modular buildings. The buildings are currently located in South Dartmouth and need to be relocated to 334 Anawan Street, Rehoboth, MA. Sealed bids are requested by the Board of Selectmen for supplying all necessary, Labor to Dismantle, Relocate/Move Modular Buildings and Set-Up. Specifications along with prevailing wage may be obtained at the Board of Selectmen’s Office by July 15th, 148 Peck St. Rehoboth MA 02769 or by calling 508-252-3758. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Town and shall be sealed and appropriately marked: "Modular Building Move Non-Price Proposal and Price Proposal-separate envelopes”. They must be received at the office of the Board of Selectmen by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020, at which time all bids will be opened and read in accordance with the Covid-19 State and Federal Guidelines. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the bid price in the form described in the Information for Bidders section. All bids must be HUD and DCAMM Certified. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, to divide the award or to accept any bid or part thereof which is deemed for the best interest of the Town of Rehoboth or cancel the bid in its entirety.
