NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

LAND PURCHASE

TOWN OF REHOBOTH

BOARD OF SELECTMEN

 

      This is to serve as official notification in accordance with G.L. chapter 39, section 23B, and G.L. chapter 61B, section 9, the Rehoboth Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., at the Rehoboth Senior Center, 55 Bay State Road, Rehoboth, MA to determine if the Town of Rehoboth should exercise its right of first refusal and acquire a parcel of land from Constance R. Pemmerl consisting of 50.61 acres, more or less, according to three deeds recorded in the Bristol County Registry of Deeds at Book 5167, Page 218; Book 16780, Page 85; and Book 24478, Page 28, also known as Assessor’s Map 44, Lot 29 and 48 Danforth Street, which property was held as Recreational Land pursuant to G.L. Chapter B.
