LEGAL NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

REHOBOTH BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Notice is hereby given under MGL Chapter 140 section 136A & Town of Rehoboth General Bylaw Chapter B, Article VI section 22A and amendments thereto, that Robin M. Anderson of 30 Terrybrooke Road, Rehoboth, MA 02769 has submitted an Application for a Permit for Personal Kennel for More Thank Four Dogs for up to Twelve (12) Dogs to the Rehoboth Bord of Selectmen.  Said application is on file in the Office of the Board of Selectmen and available for viewing by the Public.  A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 7:15 p.m. at the Gladys L. Hurrell Rehoboth Senior Center 55 Bay State Road, Rehoboth, MA.  All comments will be heard at that time.
