'Flu 2024

Hello to you all,
The incidence of 'flu in our community is rising at a very significant rate. Please be very careful when out and about. Consider masking if you have chronic respiratory diseases. Handwashing is, of course, the gold standard for infection prevention. Use cough etiquette, that is, coughing into your elbow. However if you have a cough, the best practice is to stay home, for your own healthy recovery, but also to protect those whose health in compromised. For best protection this winter, I do recommend getting the 'flu vaccination. We still offer it at the Rehoboth Senior Center @ 27 Francis Farm Rd. on Mondays and Fridays from 1130a-115p and Anawan Pharmacy carries the vaccination also.
