TOWN OF REHOBOTH

BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Utility Installation in Roadway License

 

 

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the General Bylaws of the Town of Rehoboth Chapter J Access to Roadways, that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rehoboth Senior Center 55 Bay State Road, Rehoboth MA on the Applications for Roadway Utility Installation License filed by Columbia Gas, Brockton, MA to provide gas service to 12 Skyla Way, 16 Skyla Way, 19 Skyla Way and 20 Skyla Way (Eastwood Estates) in Rehoboth, MA. Copies of the applications are on file in the Selectmen’s Office and may be viewed Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  All comments will be heard at the Public Hearing.
