REHOBOTH PLANNING BOARD

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5 as amended, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. at Rehoboth Town Hall, 148 Peck Street, Rehoboth, MA, for the purpose of providing interested parties with an opportunity to comment on the proposed amendments to the Town of Rehoboth, Chapter E, Zoning By-laws, a new Article 4.11 Natural Gas Compressor Stations.

The complete text for the proposed amendment to the Town of Rehoboth, Chapter E, Zoning by-laws is available for inspection at the Office of the Planning Board, Town Hall, 148 Peck Street, Rehoboth, MA, Monday – Thursday between 8:00am and 4:00pm and Friday from 8am – 12pm.

Any person interested in or wishing to be heard on the proposed amendments should appear at the time and place designated.
