Please Return Your 6-30-2020 Mail-In Ballots Now

mail in ballot

Over 1,000 mail-in ballots have been requested for the June 30, 2020 Annual Town Election.  There are still a couple hundred outstanding ballots that need to be received at Town Hall.  Please get your ballots in now.  To expedite the processing of your ballot and to save you postage, please drop your ballot off at the Town Hall Drop Box* (148 Peck Street) as soon as possible.  Any ballots received after 8:00 p.m. on June 30, 2020 will not be able to be processed, as per Massachusetts General Law.  We thank you for voting by mail ! ! !

Additionally, due to our website provider migrating all client websites on Monday, June 29th, should the June 30th election results not be able to be posted to the Town Website (after 8:00 p.m. and after all ballots received have been processed), you may view the "unofficial" election results on Channel 9 or www.RehobothTV.org.  Thank you for voting and please stay healthy and safe.

*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, state of Emergency, closing of city/town halls to the public, and COVID-19 safety protocols, the outside drop box has been approved as an acceptable method for ballot returns for municipal elections.  This action was communicated to the Massachusetts Clerk’s Association by Michelle Tassinari, Director and Legal Counsel, Election Division, Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth ~ thank you.
