                     Discuss zoning,drawbacks and benefits of marijuana in a right to farm community.

                       1.Drawbacks:

                         A. Crime coming into our town

                        B.Increased revenues of 500 to750k (information from State of Ma. website)

                        C. The town can set their own surcharge to generate more income

New business:

                      Water on Winthrop:

                        A. Devise and write survey for businesses on Winthrop Street   

                           1.Benifits and drawbacks

                           2. Answer yes or no to the question.

                          3. The estimated cost.

                          4. Help for defraying the cost from the State and Federal governments.
