PUBLIC HEARING
REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on April 17, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition:
Beau Jacques, for a Notice of Intent, for proposed construction of a single family home with associated well, grading and landscaping within the 100’ buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) at 19 Skyla Way, Map/Parcel 37/78.
