PUBLIC HEARING
REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on February 20, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition:
Joseph Moniz, for a Notice of Intent, for proposed construction of a 2.2 acre irrigation pond located within the 100’ buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) and within the 200’ Riverfront Area to an unnamed tributary of the Palmer River. The pond will be filled by pumped water supply from the Palmer River at 327 Summer Street, Map/Parcel 25/15
