PUBLIC HEARING
REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on February 6, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition:
James & Mary Ray, for a Notice of Intent, for proposed construction of a single family house, with associated driveway, septic system, well, grading, landscaping within the 100’ buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) at 3 Skyla Way, Map/Parcel 37/74
