REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on February 6, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition:
Meridian Custom Homes, for a Request for Determination of Applicability, for proposed construction of a septic system, grading and landscaping between the 50’ and 100’ buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) at 5 Willow Way, Map/Parcel 21/88
