OHANA Means Family, Family Means No One Gets Left Behind or Forgotten. Aloha, and Welcome to The Rehoboth PTSA. We are very excited about this year. There are many changes taking place and you have every opportunity to be a part of them. This year in particular we are incorporating more family time into our PTSA programs. You may participate at the event whether you're a PTSA member or not. If you are a member however, you have many privileges. Members pay a minimal $5 in dues each year and with that become a member of the Massachusetts PTA and the National PTA.
The membership allows you to discuss issues at meetings and to vote at meetings. So, please sign up by our first official meeting of the year on Thursday, September 11 at 7 PM in the Palmer River Elementary School cafeteria. This year we're having a September Rally for parents to kick off what promises to be an exciting year! There will be a festive membership table set up for every parent, teacher or student to join.
With your $5 membership you will be receiving a special thank you gift at the rally. We have many items to discuss and vote on at our October meeting; we need your vote and your voice. Be sure to stop at the membership table or send home a form from this newsletter.
