PUBLIC HEARING
REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on May 16, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition.
Everett Mcphillips, for a Notice of Intent, for proposed construction of a single family house with associated septic system, utilities, grading, landscaping within the 100’ buffer zone and a driveway crossing which will alter approximately 462s.f. of Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) along with a proposed replication area of 900s.f. at 308 Summer Street, Map/Parcel 31/26C.
