PUBLIC HEARING
REHOBOTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on May 2, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building, 148R Peck Street, on the following petition:
Diane Aubin, for a Request for Determination of Applicability, for proposed grading and well within the 100’ buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) at 9 Starr Lane, Map/Parcel 4/54.
